1. Preorder Items:

   • Please review item description for shipping policy, especially in regards to pre-orders (which take a minimum of 3 weeks).

   • Otherwise, Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days of payment confirmation.

     Items in stock should be granted 1-3 business days to ship once an order is placed. 
   • If an item is available for preorder, shipping date expectations can be found in the description of the item. 
   • Please note that the estimated shipping date is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there are any delays with your preorder.

2. Shipping Methods:

   • We offer standard shipping for all orders at this time. 
     
   • Expedited shipping options may become available at an additional cost.

3. Shipping Rates:

   • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
   • Glass HFBG Mugs + Hoodies are shipped separately to ensure you receive your package with the upmost care. .
   • Free shipping may be available for certain orders. Please check our website for current promotions and offers.

4. Order Processing Time:

5. Shipping Destinations:

   • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

   • Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 8 business days for delivery.

   • You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website or via the shop pay app which is available to you at check out.

9. Shipping Restrictions:

   • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
   • We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any address that we deem suspicious or fraudulent.
